Remote Job Description:
- We are seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator Contractor to support, configure, and maintain our ServiceNow platform.
- This role will focus on platform administration, automation, and integration support, working closely with IT and automation teams.
- Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
- Build, manage, and support workflows and automations using Flow Designer
- Conduct instance upgrades
- Manage users, roles, updates, and system configurations
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide operational support
- Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, and integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement platform enhancements
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer (required)
- Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro Certification
- PowerShell scripting experience
- Experience utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
- Prior contract or consulting experience
