Our client is a in the Healthcare space, focused on building secure, life-enhancing digital solutions. We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to serve as a cornerstone of our infrastructure team. In this role, you will lead the evolution of our cloud ecosystem, moving beyond standard deployments to architect fully automated environments using Terraform. 

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Architect and manage scalable, multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure) with a primary focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to eliminate manual drift and ensure auditability.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines that integrate automated security scanning, ensuring every deployment meets healthcare data privacy and compliance standards.
• Support the transition to serverless and microservice-based systems, managing container orchestration via Docker and Kubernetes to handle  medical data workloads.
• Implement enterprise monitoring and alerting (Datadog/Splunk) to proactively manage system health while preparing the infrastructure for Generative AI and Machine Learning model integration.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for cross-functional teams, providing high-level troubleshooting, conducting architectural reviews, and mentoring junior engineers in a collaborative, Agile environment.

Here’s what our ideal candidate has:

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering, preferably within highly regulated industries.
• Expert-level proficiency in Terraform, scripting (Python/Bash), and containerization (Kubernetes/Helm) to drive infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices, including IAM, encryption at rest/transit, and managing PHI (Protected Health Information) within cloud-native tools.
• Extensive experience with enterprise-grade monitoring (Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus) and a proven ability to resolve complex production incidents as a final escalation point.
• A forward-thinking mindset with an interest in AI/ML infrastructure and a desire to simplify complex software problems through automation.
