This opportunity is ideal for a highly organized and collaborative program management professional with deep experience in cable, telecom, or enterprise connectivity environments. In this role, you will help lead a large-scale business integration initiative, partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive operational readiness, product alignment, and execution from planning through implementation. In this role, you will help lead a large-scale business integration initiative, partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive operational readiness, product alignment, and execution from planning through implementation. Hereâs what youâll be doing:
- Lead and coordinate enterprise integration activities across product, operations, IT, network, customer experience, and field service organizations.
- Develop and manage integration roadmaps, governance structures, milestone tracking, and 30/60/90-day execution plans.
- Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks, resolve dependencies, and ensure operational readiness.
- Drive alignment across business and technical teams related to product rationalization, provisioning, OSS/BSS systems, billing processes, and customer operations.
- Oversee contractor and vendor engagement activities, including scope management, deliverable tracking, quality assurance, and performance monitoring.
- 15+ years of experience within the cable, telecommunications, or connectivity industry, particularly supporting B2B or enterprise services.
- Strong background in program or integration management involving complex operational or product initiatives.
- Experience working with senior executives and presenting updates, risks, and strategic plans to leadership teams.
- Deep understanding of telecom operations including OSS/BSS, order-to-cash processes, provisioning, network operations, and service delivery.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Hybrid work environment based in either Stamford, CT or Denver, CO.
- Initial 6-month consulting engagement with potential for extension or long-term conversion based on performance.
- High-visibility role supporting a major enterprise integration initiative.
