They are seeking a Product Manager to join their Enterprise Voice Product organization. This role will play a key part in driving the strategy, development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of enterprise voice products and related applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate across business and technical teams to launch new capabilities, optimize product performance, and support initiatives that improve customer experience and business outcomes. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for enterprise voice services and supporting applications, from concept through launch and enhancement initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, align priorities, and implement new service offerings that support business growth.
• Translate high-level operational and product goals into actionable processes, workflows, and documentation to improve execution and communication.
• Drive product launch readiness by coordinating stakeholder communication plans, implementation activities, and go-to-market support.
• Apply telecommunications and product management best practices to improve processes, enhance customer experiences, and optimize product performance.

Here’s what our ideal candidate has:

• Experience in product development and product management within the telecommunications, cable, or connectivity industry.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, service delivery processes, and product launch coordination.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business units, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and process documentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
