They are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Professional to support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and improvement of a large commercial facility. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys troubleshooting building systems, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and collaborating across teams. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance may have the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time position.

 
Here's what you'll be doing:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities for building systems, equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure.
• Inspect facilities, grounds, and operational systems to identify safety concerns, equipment issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with planning, budgeting, and coordinating facility modifications, renovations, and maintenance projects.
• Evaluate current maintenance processes and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and company policies related to facility operations.

Here's what our ideal candidate has:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent secondary education.
• 2–4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with commercial building systems and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers, vendors, and facility stakeholders.
• Consistent punctuality and a dependable work ethic.
