Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Trade Management Analyst to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Salt Lake City, UT.

By building deep relationships with the trading desks, technology, brokers, and clients, Trade Management oversees the existing business and implements solutions for new products, strategies, and systems. Responsibilities :
- Prepare to gain a comprehensive understanding of the trade lifecycle by interacting with traders, strategists, clients, and technologists to work toward the shared goal of risk mitigation
- Connect daily with traders and brokers to resolve issues and ensure timely settlement of trades
- Understand and improve problem solving capability for complex trade flow, accounting issues, and transactional discrepancies
- Showcase leadership in project management skills toward aims of improved cross-product support and relationship management
- Leverage your quantitative skills to decompose processes to improve control and scale of the business
- Provide reporting to senior leadership and produce insightful analyses of the business upon request for management
- Grow with the team; develop a deeper understanding of complex transactions and work with our business partners to progress our trade capture capabilities
- Bachelor degree required
- Preference of at least 1 year asset management or middle office experience (experience or solid understanding of Bank Loan confirmations/settlements or related trade support functions preferred).
- At least 1 year of professional experience.
- At least 1 year of professional experience with financial products, knowledge in one, or more, derivative/core products with an interest to expand into other areas.
- Understanding of industry agenda & platforms (e.g. DTC, SWIFT, FED, Trade Warehouse, IHS Markit: ClearPar, WSO, Loan Platforms and Counterparty Manager) is a plus.
- Fail trade/payment investigation experiences preferred.
- Experience in broker and/or client facing activities.
- Capability to prioritize and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self motivated individual with high levels of ownership, and driven to achieve.
- Demonstrates ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve most common problems that arise.
- Demonstrates ability to apply re-engineering methodologies to processes and execute solutions.
- Demonstrate ability to identify inter-relationships and understand the broad impacts of work and projects across the organization.
- Possesses excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interest in Operations and asset management trade support and/or middle office.
