Our client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their team to support ERP work and operations!

Location: On-site in Orlando, Florida. Candidates must be local to the Orlando area for this opportunity.

Rate: $35-40/hour W2

Here is what you will be doing:

• Manage daily ERP operations by identifying stuck transactions, generating status reports, and working with the team to resolve them first thing each morning.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders—including management and end users—and the software development or information technology teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical software requirements and communicate stakeholder needs effectively to technical departments.
• Use modeling, testing, and data models to improve the flow of information through the organization and enhance project success.
• Perform backend data management within the ERP, including maintaining data for customers, items, and orders while fixing data inconsistencies.
• Provide references for users by writing and maintaining documentation, providing help desk support, and training users on system functionality.

Here is what our ideal candidate has:

• 2-3+ years of experience as a BSA, Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or in an equivalent enterprise application support role.
• Hands-on experience working with or supporting ERP systems; Oracle NetSuite experience is a major plus.
• Proven ability to learn new technical systems quickly and navigate technical manuals independently.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT staff.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and requirement gathering techniques.
• Analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail regarding data integrity.
