This role offers an exciting opportunity for a senior-level Identity & Access Management (IAM) professional to take ownership of a complex hybrid identity environment. You’ll play a critical role in securing and optimizing identity systems, leading high-impact incident response efforts, and driving modern security strategies rooted in Zero Trust principles. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a highly collaborative environment and is passionate about advancing identity security, automation, and governance.

What you’ll be doing:

• Serve as the highest-level escalation point for complex identity and authentication issues, leading resolution of critical incidents and conducting root cause analysis
• Administer and optimize a hybrid identity infrastructure spanning Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring reliability and security
• Design and enforce advanced access controls, including Conditional Access policies, MFA strategies, and privileged access management
• Lead identity governance initiatives such as access reviews, lifecycle management, and compliance reporting to meet regulatory standards
• Drive automation and operational improvements using scripting and cloud-based tools to enhance efficiency and reduce manual processes

Our ideal candidate has:

• 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, including deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory within hybrid environments
• Strong background in identity security, including Conditional Access, MFA, Zero Trust architecture, and privileged access controls
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
• Proven ability to lead complex incident response efforts and collaborate across security, infrastructure, and compliance teams
• Familiarity with IT service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and identity governance tools
