Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Quarter End Temps to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in West Henrietta, NY.

Job Title: Quarter End Temp
Work Location: West Henrietta, NY
Duration: 1 month contract
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Job Description & Responsibilities :

• Assembles Quarterly statement packages according to client number and prepares for delivery to clients in order to meet quality and production timeline expectations.
  Packages include tax notices, employee 1099 and W2 forms and other miscellaneous reports.
• Operates various types of office equipment (mail metering, shipping PC's, label printers etc.) to ensure timely processing and delivery of quarterly packages.

Skills & Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• High attention to detail
• Experience with various types of office equipment (mail metering, shipping PC's, label printers etc.) preferred.
