Our client is dedicated to enhancing community services through digital infrastructure. They are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join their team for contract-to-hire opportunity in Phoenix.


This role offers the chance to work on modern enterprise applications using the latest framework versions, including .NET 8.0. You will be designing scalable solutions in an Azure DevOps environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer to transition into long term career within a collaborative and technical team.


Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Developing and deploying web applications utilizing C#, MVC, and JavaScript within a .NET Core architecture.
• Modernizing existing systems by leveraging .NET 8.0 or higher to ensure security, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including testers and project stakeholders, through Azure DevOps and Git to ensure seamless delivery.
• Troubleshooting and debugging software issues to provide technical support and system stability.
• Authoring clean, well-documented, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and internal standards.

Here’s what our ideal candidate has:

• At least 7+ years of professional software development experience with hands-on exposure to .NET 8.0 or higher.
• Strong command of the core web stack, including C#, MVC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to debug complex environments and provide clear technical solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both peers and non-technical stakeholders.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or a related field) or equivalent professional work experience.
• Must be a current resident of the Phoenix area to support a hybrid work schedule.
