Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­n Area Customer Service Coordinator to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Charlotte, NC.

Job Title: Area Customer Service Coordinator
Work Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 3 month contract with option to extend
Education/Experience Required: Printing experience is strongly preferred. Experience with higher ed or legal also a plus.

Job Description & Responsibilities :
  • This position will support multiple clients, including one law firm.
  • Responsibilities will include assisting with print production, running copy machines and bindery equipment, sorting incoming mail and packages, delivering mail and packages, applying postage to outgoing packages, scanning documents, and replacing toners in printers.
  • This is a multi-location position; there will be at least 3 different customer sites covered, possibly as many as 5 depending on how business needs evolve.
Skills & Qualifications :
  • Printing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with higher education or legal also a plus.
