Job Summary:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations by planning and improving manufacturing processes within an industrial plant. This role focuses on increasing efficiency by analyzing equipment layout, workflows, assembly methods, and workforce utilization to ensure products meet specifications and production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Plan and improve manufacturing processes and production workflows.
  
• 
  Analyze equipment layout, assembly methods, and workforce utilization to maximize efficiency.
  
• 
  Determine required parts, tools, and materials to meet manufacturing goals.
  
• 
  Support production teams in resolving process issues and improving operations.
  
• 
  Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or related field).
  
• 
  0–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
  
• 
  Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering practices.
  
• 
  Ability to follow established procedures and work under supervision.
