Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Field Distribution Scheduler to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Bethlehem, PA.

Duration: 3 month contract with option to extend
Education/Experience Required: High school diploma or equivalent education. Basic PC and 10 key skills required. Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.

Job Description & Responsibilities :
- This contingent worker will be working with excel spreadsheet reports daily, making sure that orders are placed, necessary documents are signed, and trucks are routed.
- There will be some light scheduling/rescheduling of truck routes when changes arise.
- The candidate should have some kind of dispatch/truck routing experience, customer service skills, Outlook skills, and be able to multi-task.
- They will be using Oracle, Descarpes, and Kofax in this role so experience with any of these is a plus.
- This role will take place in an office setting, the selected candidate will be provided with a laptop and will work independently out of their own cubicle.
- Their shift will be 8 hours and will be sometime between 7AM - 4:30PM with an optional 30 min lunch.
- High school diploma or equivalent education. Basic PC and 10 key skills required. Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
- Must have adequate reading, math skills, and ability to write legibly.
- Strong communication skills.
- Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level.
- Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction prepare, provide and convey diversified information.
- Minimal physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically with less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts, etc.).
- Moderate dexterity regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination.
