Senior Full Stack Engineer (Cloud-Native / AWS)

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in building a next-generation healthcare claims platform from the ground up. This greenfield project offers the chance to influence architecture, design scalable systems, and contribute directly to products that make a meaningful impact. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Architect, design, and develop scalable cloud-native applications using AWS services and modern engineering practices
• Build and enhance full stack features, with a strong emphasis on backend services (Python) and modern frontend frameworks
• Lead technical design decisions, including APIs, microservices, and data pipelines
• Develop and maintain containerized and serverless solutions using ECS, Fargate, Lambda, and related AWS tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, compliant, and high-performing applications in a regulated environment

Here’s what our ideal candidate has:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including strong backend development in Python
• Hands-on expertise with AWS-native architecture (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, Fargate, ECR, Glue, Step Functions)
• Experience building modern frontends using React, TypeScript, or similar frameworks
• Background working with healthcare data, particularly claims data or regulated environments (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2)
• Strong communication skills and a track record of long-term, full-time employment demonstrating stability and impact
