2nd shift Maintenance Technician (Melbourne, FL)

Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a 2nd shift Maintenance Technician to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Melbourne, FL.

Job Title: 2nd shift Maintenance Technician
Work Location: Melbourne, FL
Duration: 3 month contract with option to extend or hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11pm with occasional OT
ation/Experience Required: High school or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities :

• Some independent work and may need to assist other technicians
• Resource's typical working day:
  • General maintenance
  • Changing HVAC filters
  • Basic carpentry
  • Basic plumbing
  • Basic electric
  • Building/assembling furniture
• Completing daily work orders
• Meeting with vendors as needed

Skills & Qualifications :
Licenses/Certifications:

• None required, but any applicable licenses are a plus

Must Have Skills:

• 4-6 years experience
• H.S. diploma or GEDBasic carpentry
• Basic plumbing
• Basic electric
• Basic HVAC
• General maintenance skills

Nice to have skills:

• Locksmithing skills
• Advanced HVAC experience

Soft Skills:

• Good customer service skills
• Reliable
• High level of professionalism

Software skills:

• Basic computer skills
• Basic email skills
• Microsoft Office
