Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our team in the Denver area. This role is responsible for evaluating and improving IT systems, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, and ensuring that technology solutions align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and evaluate existing information technology systems and operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, define, and document user needs and system requirements.
• Recommend and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency, performance, and user experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business users and engineering/development teams.
• Identify, document, report, and track system issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Translate business needs into clear, detailed technical requirements and functional specifications.
• Support the full lifecycle of system implementations, including testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, business processes, and systems integration.
• Proven ability to gather and document complex requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business units.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar requirement-tracking systems.
• Knowledge of data analysis, reporting tools, or SQL is a plus.
