About the Role - Financial Analyst II
At Access Data, we are seeking a Financial Analyst II to join a fast-paced finance team supporting planning, forecasting, and performance tracking initiatives for our financial client. This role will play a key part in delivering actionable financial insights, supporting strategic initiatives, and building reporting infrastructure for technology-driven programs.

At Access Data, we are seeking a Financial Analyst II to join a fast-paced finance team supporting planning, forecasting, and performance tracking initiatives for our financial client. This role will play a key part in delivering actionable financial insights, supporting strategic initiatives, and building reporting infrastructure for technology-driven programs.

- 12-month W2 contract (potential to extend)
- Hybrid requirement (3 days/week in office) - initially will be fully onsite for training for the first 1-2 months
- Office location: Atlanta, GA (Buckhead)
- Only considering Atlanta Metro candidates
- Target Pay Rate: $33.00/hr
- Full-time hours, not a part-time contract opportunity
Key Responsibilities Planning & Forecasting
- Support corporate planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Assist with annual and long-range financial planning
- Partner with business units, operating segments, and functional teams
- Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial reports and business metrics
- Perform variance analysis on a monthly (and potentially weekly) basis
- Identify trends and provide insights to support decision-making
- Support monthly close and financial reporting processes
- Build and maintain reporting infrastructure for technology and tech-dependent initiatives
- Track financial actuals across multiple initiatives
- Partner with initiative owners to monitor KPIs and milestone progress
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data quality
- Support automation and enhancement of financial tools and processes
- Participate in ongoing training related to financial systems and tools
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, consulting, or similar
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial drivers
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with financial modeling and data analysis
- Ability to identify key drivers of business performance
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive mindset
- Experience presenting financial insights to leadership
